Fun day at the lake….and bad choices!
Well lately i havnt been weighing myself. I’ve had a few bad past two days but i feel like i make up for it by exercising. I went to the china buffet…yes….the china buffet but i didnt over eat at all. Today is another story. We went to our friends new house and we started the day out by going on their Cobalt boat and riding in the sun on the lake. We stoped in the middle of the lake and ended up going swimming and had a blast. Today though i think i overate when it came down to dinner. I had a steak (delicious), a few red potatoes, ceaser salad (with dressing) and a few pieces of bread. Gosh….i ate soo much bad things..well..the potatoes and the bread. If i was being smart i would have had one or the other. O well.
On a positive note, i am noticing muscle on my legs and arms. I am even noticing my stomach firm up a little bit. I am even noticing my confidence in wearing a bikini go up too.
I dont know if anyone has seen Dr. Oz on the show “Defeating Obesity” but everyone should see atleast one episode. It gives out sooooo many great ideas!!! This sounds sooo simple but he talks about eating the right things such as healthy foods and eating at home and working out. Basically he gives these people the motivation and means for 6 months to challenge them to loose inches of their waist. He randomly sneaks up and have them weigh theirselves but he usually just goes by the measuring tape. He talks about how muscle weighs more then fat but measuring you waist will show the results more. So..ya. idk. I am kinda out of it right now so i might not make any sense right now.
