Ugh..trying to make the best of things.

So i weighed myself this morning. I gained a pound. Im not too upset about it really because I have been lifting weights and trying to do some exercises and i think i might be gaining muscle since i found my legs getting firmer, my butt getting a little smaller and firmer, and my arms getting more muscle. So today I went to the lake with my friends. One of my friends whom i havnt seen in a few weeks made a comment that i was loosing weight. Chya.

Then…i got to work. I had a sandwhich (turkey, with cheddar, swiss, and chopped onions) and a side of potato salad. Not much..right? Well…i still think its a lot compared that i usally get a roll sized sandwhich (which is used for the kid’s meals) and a side of potato salad. Anyway..i was in the break room and thinking about what i just ate. I got caught up in thinking about how i was going to loose the weight that i just ate (ie: run it off for a few hours and/or take laxatives). Anyway, I ended up getting a panic attack thinking about what i just ate because i was thinking…and still kind of am…that i will gain 5 lbs (not that much but whatever) and i freaked out. Ya….

Anyway..i need to go take a shower because i cant do anything ( yes…even exercise) without feeling clean from the lake and work. Haha…speaking of which…there was a commercial saying “im clean” for a new show called “The Cleaner”. LOL. ANYWAY…random i know….i need to get off here and take a shower and do some leg exercises, abs, and arms…even butt.

    Dont’t worry too much about it whats done is done. Just eat better next time. Potato salad in general tastes great but should be avoided for weightloss or eat if it doesn’t make you go over 1200 calories a day.
